Seafolk and Meckros, Height Chart

Playable species from my home Dungeons and Dragons Campaign adapting Steven Eriksons Malazan Book of the Fallen for 5e D&D. The player handbook races from D&D do not exist in the Malazan world and I have had to work hard to re-skin existing cultures from the books with D&D races. This does make for a really interesting spin on classical D&D races such as the Dwarves, who in my world, are seafarers. You can find my exploration of the games design on my blog. https://www.artofjacobgamm.co.uk/blog-1/categories/dungeons-and-malazans

Starting the Meckros, Re-skinned Mountain Dwarves based off the seafaring culture from the Malazan books. I wanted to get the right sense of Strength, it was meant to just be a bust but it didn't look right and I had to keep going.

The Meckros culture isnt exploored much in the Malazan books so I was free to expand on it, so I took to an Indian aesthetic to keep these Dwarves from looking too smilier to thier western fantasy counterparts.

Added a human woman for scale. Darkened the Meckros' skin and hair as they looked to pale against the white background. Don't Mention the Sea-Folks feet...just don't.
